The prefabricated bottom plate comprises a concrete plate, wherein a steel bar net rack is embedded in the concrete plate, the steel bar net rack is formed by arranging a plurality of transverse steel bars and longitudinal steel bars in a staggered mode, the two ends of the transverse steel bars and the two ends of the longitudinal steel bars do not exceed the side edges of the concrete plate, a plurality of flexible material exposed ribs extend out of at least one side of the concrete plate, one end of the flexible material exposed ribs is embedded into the concrete plate and corresponds to the transverse steel bars or the longitudinal steel bars on the same side in a one-to-one mode, and the length of the parts, which are embedded into the concrete plate, of the flexible material exposed ribs and the length of the parts, which extend out of the side edge of the concrete plate are not smaller than the anchoring length of the flexible material exposed ribs. On the basis that the integrity of the laminated plate is not reduced, the problem of rib exposure of a traditional prefabricated bottom plate is solved.
