The invention relates to a prefabricated bottom plate with removable ribs and a production method of a laminated slab. The prefabricated bottom plate comprises a concrete slab and at least two removable ribs fixed on the concrete slab, each removable rib comprises a square steel pipe filled with high-strength mortar, an embedded part and a fixing part, the square steel pipe is arranged on the surface of the concrete slab, the embedded part is anchored in the concrete slab, and the fixing part penetrates through the square steel pipe and is connected with the embedded part; and a reinforcing mesh is pre-buried in the concrete slab. The laminated slab comprises the prefabricated bottom plate and a cast-in-place layer. The production method of the laminated slab comprises the steps that S1, a side mold is arranged; S2, a reinforcing mesh and removable ribs are placed; S3, concrete is poured; S4, the prefabricated bottom plate is transported and positioned; and S5, dismantling is conducted. The prefabricated bottom plate is provided with the removable ribs, it can be effectively guaranteed that the concrete slab cannot crack or deform due to insufficient rigidity in the demolding, hoisting and transporting stages, and the prefabricated bottom plate can be detached and reused in the later stage. The production method of the laminated slab is simple in step and high in construction efficiency.
本发明为一种带可移除肋的预制底板及叠合板的生产方法，预制底板包括混凝土板以及固定在混凝土板上的至少两个可移除肋，可移除肋包括内部灌注有高强砂浆的方钢管、预埋件和固定件，方钢管设置在混凝土板的表面，预埋件锚固在混凝土板中，固定件穿过方钢管并与预埋件连接；混凝土板中预埋有钢筋网片。叠合板包括上述预制底板及现浇层，叠合板的生产方法包括：S1设置边模；S2放置钢筋网片和可移除肋；S3浇筑混凝土；S4运输并定位预制底板；S5拆除。本发明的预制底板设置有可移除肋，能够有效保证混凝土板在脱模、起吊、运输阶段不会因为刚度不够而开裂变形，后期可拆卸并重复利用。叠合板的生产方法步骤简单，施工效率高。
