The invention relates to a composite inorganic building thermal insulation mortar construction system and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of building mortar construction. The system comprises a bearing base arranged close to a building wall and a sizing device detachably arranged on the bearing base and sequentially arranged up and down, wherein a discharging port is formed in the side, close to the building wall, of the sizing device; at least one set of vibration increasing devices corresponding to the discharging port are arranged on the sizing device; and a plastering leveling device is arranged below the sizing device. The system has the advantages that the efficiency is higher in the actual construction process, and the construction quality is improved.
