The present invention discloses an inorganic active heat insulation mortar which is composed of the following raw materials: cement, fly ash, ash-calcium, silica micro powder, sepiolite fabric, light weight magnesium oxide, a thixotropic lubricant, dispersible latex powder, cellulose ether, an early strength agent, polypropylene fiber, powdery polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and glass beads; the construction technology process is as follows: paint decorative type process and facing brick decorative type process; and the operation process is as follows: primary wall surface treatment, material preparation, inorganic active heat insulation mortar construction, wiping of anti-cracking mortar, and leveling of the anti-cracking mortar. The inorganic active heat insulation mortar is convenient for construction, shortens the construction period, saves the cost, and is a strong-weatherability, anti-cracking and anti-hollowing heat insulation system.
