Preparation technology of anti-crack and anti-corrosion mass concrete for underground space
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to a preparation technology of anti-crack and anti-corrosion mass concrete for underground space. The preparation technology comprises the following steps: (1) adding sand, gravels and water into a concrete mixer, stirring uniformly, then adding cement, mineral powder and fly ash, and continuously stirring uniformly; and (2) adding an additive into a mixture obtained in the step (1), fully stirring, and carrying out concrete forming and curing to obtain the anti-crack and anti-corrosion mass concrete for the underground space. The concrete is prepared from, by weight, 400 to 500 parts of sand, 300 to 400 parts of gravel, 150 to 200 parts of cement, 30 to 80 parts of mineral powder, 20 to 50 parts of fly ash, 80 to 130 parts of water and 15 to 25 parts of an additive. According to the preparation technology of the anti-cracking and anti-corrosion mass concrete for the underground space, the anti-cracking performance and the anti-corrosion performance of the concrete are improved by adding the additive, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
