The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated building sealing materials, and especially relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid modified cement-based sealant, and a preparation method andan application thereof. When the organic-inorganic hybrid modified cement-based sealant provided by the invention is used in a humid environment covered by surface dust, the cement component of the organic-inorganic hybrid modified cement-based sealant can be subjected to hydration reaction with water on the interface of the precast concrete to consume the water on the wet surface of the precastconcrete, so the connection between the polyacrylate polymer cement system and the surface of the precast concrete is benefited; and meanwhile, a polyacrylate polymer cement system is relatively highin flowability, and can permeate into the coarse and porous interface of precast concrete, and the polyacrylate polymer cement system can be used as a fine aggregate component of the polyacrylate polymer cement system after being mixed with dust and small particles on the interface of the precast concrete, so that shrinkage cracking of the interface of the precast concrete can be reduced.
本发明涉及装配式建筑密封材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种有机无机杂化改性水泥基密封胶及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的有机无机杂化改性水泥基密封胶在潮湿和表面粉尘覆盖的环境下使用时,由于有机无机杂化改性水泥基密封胶的水泥成分能够与预制混凝土界面的水分发生水化反应,消耗潮湿的预制混凝土表面的水分,有利于聚丙烯酸酯聚合物水泥体系与预制混凝土表面的连接;同时,聚丙烯酸酯聚合物水泥体系的流动性较高,可渗透到毛糙多孔的预制混凝土界面内部,其聚丙烯酸酯聚合物水泥体系将与预制混凝土界面的粉尘和小颗粒混合后,可作为聚丙烯酸酯聚合物水泥体系的细骨料组分,能降低预制混凝土界面的收缩开裂。
