The invention relates to a self-moisturizing concrete curing film which comprises permeable non-woven fabric on an inner layer, high-molecular water-absorbent resin arranged on the middle core layer and a water-blocking film on a surface layer, and the permeable non-woven fabric, the high-molecular water-absorbent resin and the water-blocking film are compounded through a binder to form the curing film. The preparation method of the self-moisturizing concrete curing film comprises the following steps: preparing materials, preparing appliances, preparing a site, paving a water-blocking film, blending a binder and spraying glue, spraying the binder, paving SAP particles, paving a water-permeable non-woven fabric, and airing and storing the curing film. The laying method of the self-moisturizing concrete curing film comprises the steps of cleaning the surface of a component, absorbing water by the curing film, laying the self-moisturizing curing film, splicing the curing film and treating the curing film at the end part of the component. The self-moisturizing concrete curing film can remarkably inhibit early cracks of concrete, reduce early shrinkage of the concrete, improve the strength of the concrete to a certain extent, and save labor and time, has good economic benefits, is convenient to cure, can reduce the curing workload, and is particularly suitable for concrete curing of high-rising buildings.
本发明涉及一种自保湿混凝土养护膜，包括内层的透水无纺布、中间核心层的高分子吸水树脂和表层的阻水薄膜，三者通过粘结剂复合构成养护膜；自保湿混凝土养护膜的制备方法包括准备材料、准备器具、准备场地、铺置阻水薄膜、调配粘结剂喷胶、喷涂粘结剂、铺洒SAP颗粒、铺叠透水无纺布和养护膜的晾置及存放；自保湿混凝土养护膜的敷设方法包括清理构件表面、养护膜吸水、敷设自保湿养护膜、养护膜的拼接和构件端部养护膜的处理。本发明能显著抑制混凝土早期裂缝、减少混凝土早期收缩，并对混凝土的强度也有一定程度提升，省工省时具有良好经济效益，养护方便，且能减少养护工作量，特别适用于高耸构筑物的混凝土养护。
