The invention relates to a super absorbent polymer hollow microsphere and a concrete moisturizing curing film thereof, the polymer hollow microsphere is formed by photo-initiation Pickering emulsion polymerization, the Pickering emulsion comprises an emulsifier, water and an oil phase, the emulsifier is photo-polymerizable amphiphilic copolymer particles, and the oil phase comprises a photo-curing monomer and a photoinitiator. Under illumination, photopolymerizable amphiphilic copolymer particles and photocurable monomers are subjected to polymerization reaction respectively to obtain polymer hollow microspheres with hydrophilic shells, and a large amount of water can be quickly adsorbed and stored in internal cavities through the strong hydrophilicity of the shell layers. The water storage capacity can be greatly improved through the cavity structures in the polymer hollow microspheres, the concrete moisturizing and curing film prepared from the polymer hollow microspheres has extremely high water retention capacity, and water adsorbed in the film can be released to concrete through the capillary phenomenon of the rough surface of the base cloth layer; the moisture required in the concrete curing period is ensured.
