Construction method of steel plate-concrete composite structure
The invention provides a construction method of a steel plate-concrete composite structure. The construction method comprises the steps that a plurality of grooves are formed in the inner side surfaces, facing concrete, of blanking steel plates; the blanking steel plates after the grooves are formed are spliced and welded; a plurality of steel pipes are vertically placed on the inner circumference of the spliced and welded blanking steel plates, and hoses with the bottoms sealed are inserted into the steel pipes; and before the concrete in a combined wall structure or a column structure is initially set, the hoses in the steel pipes are pulled out, and cement paste is injected into the steel pipes. The grooves are formed in the steel plates, the contact face of the steel plates and concrete is enlarged, the concrete holding and wrapping performance is better than that of two-plane contact, and the bonding capacity of the steel plates and the concrete interface is improved; and a post-grouting technology is adopted, non-uniform flowing of the self-compacting concrete is filled, free water gaps are filled, the poured concrete is more compact, and gaps at the interface of the steel plate grooves and the concrete can be filled to achieve the purpose of reducing the debonding defect of the concrete interface.
本发明提供了一种钢板‑混凝土组合结构的施工方法,该施工方法包括:在下料钢板朝向混凝土的内侧表面上开设多个凹槽;将开凹槽后的下料钢板进行拼装焊接;在拼装焊接的下料钢板内周竖向放置若干根钢管,并在钢管内插入底部封底的软管;在组合式墙结构或柱结构的内部混凝土初凝之前,将钢管内部的软管拔出,并向钢管内注入水泥浆。本发明在钢板上开槽增大了钢板与混凝土的接触面,握裹混凝土性能优于两个平面接触,提高钢板与混凝土界面的粘结能力;采用了后注浆技术,填充了自密实混凝土流淌不均匀、填充自由水空隙,使浇筑的混凝土更加密实,还可填充钢板槽与混凝土交界面处的空隙达到减少混凝土界面脱黏缺陷的目的。
