The invention discloses a construction method of a steel plate concrete composite structure, which comprises the following steps of: combining a steel plate, a U rib and a stud to form a steel structure outer contour, pouring concrete on the steel structure outer contour part serving as a bottom template in stages to form a medium and small span steel plate concrete composite plate, and ensuring that the steel plate and the concrete do not slip through the stud. According to the technical scheme, the steel structure and the supporting structure work cooperatively, the steel structure cannot generate overlarge deflection due to the wet weight of concrete in the construction process by means of large rigidity of the steel structure and a mode of pouring concrete in batches, and therefore the purpose that a support does not need to be erected on the lower portion in the construction process is achieved. According to the structure, the defects that common small and medium span prefabricated simply-supported plates are weak in transverse connection, and cast-in-place simply-supported plate bridges are large in dead weight and inconvenient to construct are overcome, the dead weight of the structure is effectively reduced, a support does not need to be erected, construction and emergency repair of highway bridges under the condition that traffic is not affected are facilitated, the service life is longer than that of traditional simply-supported plate bridges, and the construction cost is reduced. And the later operation and maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种钢板混凝土组合结构施工方法,通过钢板+U肋+栓钉组合形成钢结构外轮廓,以钢结构外轮廓部分为底模板在上面分阶段浇筑混凝土,形成一种中小跨径钢板混凝土组合板,通过栓钉保证钢板和混凝土之间不发生滑移,使二者协同工作,利用钢结构刚度大、以及分次浇筑混凝土的方式来保证施工过程中混凝土湿重不会使钢结构产生过大的挠度,从而达到施工过程中下方不需搭设支架的目的。该结构解决了常见的中小跨径预制简支板横向联系弱、现浇的简支板桥自重大、施工不方便的缺陷,有效减轻了结构的自重,且不需要搭设支架,便于公路桥梁不影响交通情况下的施工、应急抢修,比传统的简支板桥有更长的使用寿命,减少了后期运营维修成本。
