The invention discloses a single-steel-plate concrete composite structure and a construction method thereof. The single-steel-plate concrete composite structure comprises upper-layer main reinforcements, lower-layer main reinforcements and lower-layer main reinforcements, the bottom-layer steel plate is located under the upper-layer main reinforcements; the hooking assemblies are fixedly arranged at the top end of the bottom-layer steel plate at intervals; the plurality of flexible connection type tie bars respectively have deformation capability; the bottom end of each flexible connection type tie bar is hung on one hooking assembly, and the top end of each flexible connection type tie bar is wound and positioned on the upper-layer main bar; the upper-layer main reinforcements, the bottom-layer steel plate, the hooking components and the flexible connection type tie bars are respectively poured in the concrete layer; when the concrete layer is subjected to external impact force, the flexible connection type tie bars in the impact area deform so as to prevent impact load from being directly transmitted to the bottom layer steel plate. The structural design requirement is met, the impact load resistance of the single-steel-plate concrete can be improved in structural arrangement, site construction is facilitated, and the single-steel-plate concrete is suitable for modular construction.
