The invention relates to a prestressed FRP reinforcing structure of a T-shaped part and a construction method of the prestressed FRP reinforcing structure. The T-shaped part comprises a branch pipe and a main pipe perpendicularly connected to the end part of the branch pipe; the prestressed FRP reinforcing structure comprises a cloth belt, anchor plates and a screw, one end of the cloth belt is fixed to the side of the branch pipe, and the other end of the cloth belt bypasses the main pipe and is fixed to the corresponding side of the branch pipe, so that the cloth belt is U-shaped and hangs the main pipe and is made of an FRP material; the anchor plates are fixed at the end part of the cloth belt and are attached to the corresponding side part of the branch pipe, and the end part of the cloth belt is clamped between the anchor plates and the branch pipe; and the screw is connected to the two opposite anchor plates in an opposite pulling mode, so that the two anchor plates are fixedly connected and clamped on the branch pipe. The problem that fatigue damage is prone to happening to the welding seam of the T-shaped part is effectively solved, connection between the branch pipe and the main pipe is reinforced through the prestressed FRP cloth belt, the tensile bearing capacity and the fatigue strength of the T-shaped part are improved, new welding seams and welding defects are avoided, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the structure reinforcing effect is improved.
本发明涉及一种T型构件的预应力FRP加固结构及其施工方法,T型构件包括支管以及垂直连接于支管的端部的主管,该加固结构包括:一端固定于支管的侧部的布带,该布带的另一端绕过主管并固定于支管对应的侧部,从而该布带呈U型并吊住主管,布带由FRP材料制成;固定于布带的端部且贴合于支管对应的侧部的锚板,布带的端部夹设于锚板和支管之间;以及对拉连接于相对的两块锚板的螺杆,以使得两块锚板固定连接并夹固于支管。本发明有效地解决了T型构件的焊缝处容易发生疲劳破坏的问题,通过预应力FRP布带对支管与主管之间的连接进行加固,以提升T型构件的抗拉承载力和疲劳强度,避免产生新的焊缝和焊接缺陷,保证施工质量,提升结构加固效果。
