The invention discloses a foundation pit settlement deviation control method and relates to the field of pile foundation construction. The method comprises the following steps of A, arranging a support pile group outside a pre-excavated foundation pit, grouting the support piles to be below transverse grouting holes, and enabling the support piles to be heavy in bottom and light in head after grouting, wherein the depth of the support pile group is greater than the excavation depth of the pre-excavated foundation pit, and the transverse grouting holes are formed in the support piles; B, arranging a guide limit which surrounds and is attached to the support pile group or a guide limit which is attached to each support pile outside the support pile group; C, excavating the pre-excavated foundation pit; D, drilling holes outside the support pile group through the transverse grouting holes, and obtaining transverse grouting channels, wherein the depth of the transverse grouting channels is at least 3 m; and E, inserting slurry guide pipes into the transverse grouting holes, and then grouting the transverse grouting channels through the slurry guide pipes through a pressure grouting method to form a supporting body. The method has the beneficial effects that after the stress of the support pile group is changed, the support pile group is subjected to force balance again, so that the stability of the support pile group during settlement is ensured.
