The invention discloses a concrete track bed and ditch synchronous pouring device. The concrete track bed and ditch synchronous pouring device comprises an adjusting rod, a ditch template, a cross beam, a stand column, a horizontal rod, a movable buckle and a rotary buckle; the lower end of the adjusting rod is connected to the upper end of the ditch template and connected to one end of the cross beam; the other end of the cross beam is slidably connected to the stand column; the lower end of the stand column is connected to the end of the horizontal rod; the horizontal rod is provided with ratchets and pawls matched with the ratchets; the movable buckle is slidably connected to the horizontal rod; the rotary buckle is hinged to the horizontal rod; and an ejector rod used for driving the rotary buckle to be connected with a rail in a clamped mode is further arranged in the horizontal rod and connected to the horizontal rod through a thread. The concrete track bed and ditch synchronous pouring device can be efficiently and rapidly connected with the rail, and after the distance and the relative height between the ditch template and the rail are adjusted, the concrete track bed and ditch synchronous pouring device can be locked to or disengaged from the rail by operating the rotary buckle under the condition that the two sizes are not changed. When the horizontal rod is inserted into or pulled out of the bottom of the rail, the rotary buckle is located in a groove, and thus the horizontal rod can be inserted into or pulled out of the groove advantageously.
