The invention discloses a building wall framework capable of strengthening corner sealing and an assembling method of the building wall framework. The building wall framework comprises a core support rod, horizontal frame plates and an auxiliary adjusting support; the two sets of horizontal frame plates are installed on the upper half section and the lower half section of the core support rod correspondingly, an adjusting sliding block in the core support rod is adjusted, the extending length of an inner movable rod is controlled, an outer sleeve adjusting rod in an auxiliary adjusting support is installed on the horizontal frame plates, and the horizontal frame plates are clamped and fixed through frame plate locking sleeves; and the extending length of a clamping and embedding adjusting rod is adjusted, fixing is conducted through a through bolt, an auxiliary supporting assembly is installed in a nesting groove and a buckle sleeve at one end of the outer sleeve adjusting rod, the adjusting handle is used for operating an adjusting shaft and the adjusting handle to rotate, meanwhile, a supporting ejector pin moves towards the outer side so as to adapt to installation of the wall body, connecting corners of the wall body are sealed through a sealing suction cup and other assemblies, contamination of dust and building reagents is reduced, disassembly and installation are convenient, and meanwhile the building wall framework can adapt to installation of various wall bodies of different sizes.
