FRAMEWORK WALL STRUCTURE, BUILDING, AND FRAMEWORK WALL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framework wall structure that improves structural performance against a horizontal force and that can prevent damage to a joint member and the periphery of the joint member, a building, and framework wall building construction.SOLUTION: A viscoelastic member 9 is sandwiched between joint surfaces of an adjacent member set 10A comprising a jamb 53, a lintel retainer 55A and a spacer 7. Thus, absorption of energy of a horizontal force by the viscoelastic member 9 can improve swing absorbing performance, and a reduction in shear force applied to a nail 8 can prevent deformation of the nail 8 and enlargement of a nail hole and prevent damage to the nail 8 and a nailed member.
【課題】水平力に対する構造性能を向上させるとともに、接合部材及び接合部材周辺の損傷を防ぐことができる枠組壁構造、建物、及び、枠組壁構法を提供すること。【解決手段】縦枠53、まぐさ受け55A、及び、かいぎ7によって構成された隣接部材組10Aの接合面間に粘弾性部材9が挟まれていることで、粘弾性部材9に水平力のエネルギーを吸収させて揺れの吸収性能を向上させることができるとともに、釘8に加わるせん断力を低減し、釘8が変形したり釘穴が大きくなったりすることを防ぎ、釘8及び釘打ちされた部材の損傷を防ぐことができる。【選択図】図4
