The pile casing mechanism and the extending grooving mechanism can be arranged to be matched with the construction method for construction, during impact hole forming, a plurality of extending holes communicating with a pile hole are formed in the two sides of the pile hole, thus during concrete pouring, concrete grout can automatically extend into the extending grooves, after concrete in the extending grooves is solidified, extending arms are formed, the extending arms can provide effective support, thus hole collapse and pile hole deflection are reduced, and the strength of the pile is improved.
