In the preparation process of the pile, the cylindrical pile is firstly poured, then the gasket is correspondingly installed to form the step part, a semicircular plate is limited through a positioning hole in the upper side of the gasket, in the semi-cylindrical pouring process, the surface of a flat plate is covered with a layer of tinfoil or a plastic film or other partition layers, the mold does not have the bonding contact effect with the front face of concrete, and the mold can be easily demolded.
本发明公开了一种盖挖施工围护桩结构及施工方法,圆柱桩和半圆柱桩之间为用于支撑的台阶部,圆柱桩内部嵌入有第一钢筋,台阶部表面嵌入有半圆状的垫片,垫片的上侧设置有定位孔,垫片上侧可拆卸安装有用于形成残缺部的模具,半圆板对应定位孔的位置安装有定位螺栓。桩的制备过程中,先浇筑圆柱桩,然后对应安装垫片形成台阶部,通过垫片上侧的定位孔限位半圆板,在半圆柱状浇筑的过程中,在平板的表面覆盖一层锡纸、塑料膜或其他隔层,模具没有与混凝土的正面粘接接触作用,可以轻易的将模具脱模。
