The invention discloses a fender post construction method which comprises the following construction processes: S1, embedding a pile casing: the inner diameter of the manufactured pile casing is 100-200mm larger than the designed pile diameter, the height is not less than 2m, the pile casing is embedded by adopting manual digging and embedding, after embedding, the bottom and the periphery of the casing are tamped in a layered manner, the center of the pile casing coincides with the center of the pile, the plane error is not larger than 20mm, and the thickness of the pile casing is not larger than 20mm; after the pile casing is embedded, the measuring group measures the top elevation of the pile casing at the pile position, and the drilling depth is determined; s2, drilling is conducted, and S21, after the pile casing is embedded, a drilling machine is in place according to the principle that the moving distance is short, and adjacent hole construction is convenient; the rotary drilling rig moves to the pile position through a crawler belt of the rotary drilling rig, and the perpendicularity of a drill rod is verified in two directions through a total station before the drilling rig drills holes; and S22, a rotary drilling rig is adopted for hole forming operation, and the rotary drilling rig comprises a slurry circulating system. The pile foundation construction in the open excavation section can be rapidly and efficiently completed, the slurry can be recycled in the construction process, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种围护桩施工方法,包括以下施工工艺:S1护筒埋设,护筒制作内径比设计桩径大100~200mm,高度不小于2m,护筒埋置采用人工挖埋,埋置后,筒底与四周分层夯实,护筒中心与桩中心重合,平面误差不得大于20mm,护筒埋置好后测量组对桩位处护筒顶标高进行测定,确定钻进深度;S2钻孔,S21护筒埋置完毕后钻机就位,以移动距离短、便于邻孔施工为原则;旋挖钻机利用自身履带移至桩位处,钻机钻孔前利用全站仪从两个方向来校验钻杆的垂直度;S22采用旋挖钻成孔作业,旋挖钻包括泥浆循环系统。本发明能够快速高效的完成明挖区间的桩基施工,施工过程中泥浆能够循环利用,降低施工成本。
