The invention discloses a construction method of a damage-free fender post. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, punching operation is conducted according to a preset position to form a pouring hole; s2, hanging bars are in lap joint with main bars on the corresponding fender post reinforcement cages, and the hanging bars are subjected to isolation treatment; s3, the fender post reinforcement cage sinks to a preset position in the pouring hole, and concrete is poured into the pouring hole to form a fender post; s4, earthwork is excavated in the area defined by the fender posts, and after excavation is conducted to the preset height, a surrounding purlin pouring steel bar framework is built at the preset height of the fender posts; s5, breaking the isolation of the hanging bar, and bending the hanging bar to a preset position so as to be connected with the enclosing purlin pouring steel bar framework; and S6, the enclosing purlin pouring steel bar framework is poured to form the enclosing purlin. According to the construction method capable of avoiding damage to the fender post, the construction efficiency is improved, the anti-bending bearing capacity of the fender post is not affected, welding work does not need to be conducted in a foundation pit, and the connecting strength of the hanging bars and the fender post reinforcement cage is not affected.
