Shock-absorbing and noise-reducing pipe wrapping support
The invention relates to a shock-absorbing and noise-reducing pipe wrapping support. According to the technical scheme, the shock-absorbing and noise-reducing pipe wrapping support comprises external corner frames located at external corner positions and internal corner frames located at internal corner positions, wherein the external corner frames and the internal corner frames are connected through transverse connecting rods; each external corner frame is provided with two vertical tile grooves facing perpendicularly; each internal corner frame is provided with a tile groove facing the adjacent external corner frame; elastic pieces are arranged in the tile grooves; tiles and shock-absorbing sound-insulating plates are stuffed between the adjacent external corner frames or in the tile grooves of the external corner frames and the internal corner frames; the sound-insulating plates are located on the inner sides of the tile grooves; and the elastic pieces extrude the tiles and the sound-insulating plates outwards to fix the tiles and the shock-absorbing sound-insulating plates. Sound-insulating shock-absorbing materials are additionally arranged on the back faces of the tiles, the purpose of sound insulation is achieved, the elastic materials can reduce the influence of surrounding shock on the tiles, and the tiles are prevented from shaking; and the tiles are tightly attached into the tile grooves through the elastic piece structures, the width of the tile grooves can be increased, the tiles are convenient to install, and the situation that the tiles shake due to the fact that gaps are large after the width of the tile grooves is increased is avoided.
本发明涉及一种减震及减噪音的包管支架。采用的技术方案是包括处于阳角位置的阳角架和处于阴角位置的阴角架,阳角架和阴角架之间通过横向连接杆相连,所述阳角架设有两个朝向垂直的竖向的瓷砖槽,所述阴角架设有朝向相邻阳角架的瓷砖槽,瓷砖槽内设置弹片,相邻阳角架之间或阳角架和阴角架的瓷砖槽内塞入瓷砖及减震隔音板,隔音板处于瓷砖槽的内侧,所述弹片将瓷砖及隔音板向外挤压固定瓷砖及减震隔音板。在瓷砖的背面加装了隔音减震材料,实现了隔音的目的,而且弹性的材料能够消减周围震动对瓷砖的影响,避免瓷砖晃动;弹片结构将瓷砖紧密贴合在瓷砖槽内,能够增大瓷砖槽宽度,方便瓷砖安装,也避免增大瓷砖槽宽度后的缝隙大造成瓷砖晃动。
