Intelligent frame plate type ballastless track structure
The invention belongs to the field of intelligent construction of high-speed railways, and particularly relates to an intelligent frame plate type ballastless track structure which comprises a reinforced concrete base, a cement asphalt mortar layer, a prefabricated frame type intelligent track plate and the like. FRP-OFBG intelligent composite bars, a fiber grating sensor, a core mold and the like are embedded in the track plate, and the track plate is formed through concrete pouring. A pair of hollow frame structures are arranged on the track plate in the length direction at intervals, the frame structures are communicated through a hollow channel formed by a core mold, and a light composite cover plate capable of being powered by solar energy is installed for sealing. Compared with a traditional CRTSI type slab ballastless track, the track is convenient for maintenance personnel to inspect, effectively slows down track slab warping caused by temperature stress, supplies power to field test monitoring equipment, and introduces an intelligent real-time monitoring system to perform long-term service performance monitoring. The ballastless track plate is compatible with the current high-speed railway CRTSI type plate ballastless track plate, and is suitable for industrial production.
