Steel rail turnout for ballastless track bed of urban railway
The invention relates to a steel rail turnout for a ballastless track bed of an urban railway. A curved switch rail and a linear switch rail are elastic bendable switch rails and can be elastically bent; limiting stopper devices are arranged between the straight stock rail and the heel end of the curved switch rail and between the curved stock rail and the heel end of the linear switch rail respectively, and the limiting stopper devices are used for limiting the relative displacement between the straight stock rail and the curved switch rail and the relative displacement between the curved stock rail and the linear switch rail. The steel rail turnout has the advantages that (1) a 50 kg/m steel rail can be adopted, the turnout number is 9, and the steel rail turnout can be used as ballastless turnouts; (2) the defect that the maintenance workload of a movable joint is large is overcome through the elastic bendable switch rail structure; (3) the elastic bendable switch rail structure is provided with the spacer iron and can be used for a seamless track (an original ballast turnout can only be used for a seamed track); and (4) the original common long sleeper is optimized into a truss concrete sleeper with exposed truss steel bars, so that the connection between the sleeper and ballastless track bed concrete can be enhanced.
本发明涉及一种市域铁路无砟道床用钢轨道岔,曲线尖轨和直线尖轨为弹性可弯尖轨,曲线尖轨和直线尖轨可弹性弯曲;直基本轨和曲线尖轨的跟端之间以及曲基本轨与直线尖轨的跟端之间均设置有限位器装置,限位器装置用于限制直基本轨和曲线尖轨之间以及曲基本轨与直线尖轨之间的相对位移。本发明的优点是:1)可采用50kg/m钢轨,道岔号码为9号,可用于无砟道岔。2)通过弹性可弯尖轨结构,克服了活接头养护维修工作量大的缺点。3)弹性可弯尖轨结构设间隔铁,可用于无缝线路(原有砟道岔仅可用于有缝线路)。4)原普通长枕优化为露出桁架钢筋的桁架混凝土枕,可增强轨枕与无砟道床混凝土的连接。
