The invention provides a construction method for a 42 # steel spring ballastless turnout of an urban rail transit underground line, which utilizes two cranes of a super-long steel rail control deformation hoisting device to cooperate with two tools to work, and solves the problem that the steel rail is easy to generate plastic deformation in the horizontal unloading and hoisting process of the 46.19-49.192 m super-long steel rail in a 42 # single turnout. A micro-deformation inclined well descending technology for a long and large component steel rail is researched and developed, two portal cranes are matched with a lifting device to carry down and lift up to descend in an inclined mode, the problem that lifting and descending cannot be achieved due to the fact that a narrow well mouth is limited is solved, the device reduces the deadweight of the steel rail and deformation caused by lifting stress, and the turnout installation quality is effectively guaranteed; the subway construction blank is developed, the new construction method for laying the number 42 turnout is created for subway tunnel limited space machine laying operation, and the subway construction blank is filled up; one rail car and four flat cars are adopted as a transportation carrier, and after the transportation carrier is transported to a working face, the four rail layers complete the transfer machine laying operation of the turnout.
本发明提供了一种城市轨道交通地下线42号钢弹簧无砟道岔施工方法,利用超长钢轨控制变形吊装装置的两台吊车配合两台该工装同作业,解决了42号单开道岔中46.19m~49.192m超长钢轨水平卸车吊装过程中钢轨容易发生塑性变形的问题;研发了一种长大构件钢轨微变形倾斜下井技术,利用两台门式起重机配合抬吊装置下托上吊倾斜下井,克服了受限于狭小井口无法吊装下井的难题且该装置减少钢轨自重和提吊受力引起的变形量,有效保证道岔安装质量;开发了地铁施工空白地铁隧道受限空间机铺作业开创42号道岔铺设新工法,填补地铁施工空白;采用“1台轨道车+4台平板车”作为运输载体,运输至作业面后由4台铺轨机完成道岔的转运机机铺作业。
