The invention discloses a splicing mechanism for erecting a steel box girder. The splicing mechanism comprises a positioning and supporting assembly, locking assemblies and a self-locking mechanism. The locking assemblies are arranged on the inner sides of the splicing ends of the first steel box girder body and the second steel box girder body and corresponds to the corresponding positioning and supporting assemblies, and the positioning and supporting assemblies are fixed to the corresponding first steel box girder body or the second steel box girder body. The splicing structure is provided with the positioning and supporting assembly, mutual positioning and mutual supporting stress of the first steel box girder body and the second steel box girder body can be achieved, and the splicing precision is guaranteed. The first steel box girder body and the second steel box girder body can be mutually locked through the locking assembly, and the splicing tightness is guaranteed. The self-locking mechanism can achieve the stable self-locking effect through splicing external force in the splicing process of the first steel box girder body and the second steel box girder body, the defect that the locking state is loose is effectively overcome, and meanwhile the problems that a traditional splicing mechanism needs manual locking and is poor in locking tightness are solved.
