The invention relates to the technical field of traffic speed limiting, and discloses a deceleration strip capable of reducing collision wear, which comprises a main body, the main body is embedded below a road surface, a lifting groove is formed in the right side of the main body, a deceleration strip body is slidably mounted in the lifting groove, and a sliding cavity is formed in the deceleration strip body; and the sliding cavity is filled with gas. Through the arrangement of the deceleration strip body and a through rod, when a vehicle running at a low speed makes contact with the deceleration strip body slightly higher than the ground surface, wheels extrude the deceleration strip body to further move downwards, gas in an inner cavity of the deceleration strip body is extruded to the position, located below the through rod, in the gas cavity through the through rod, and then the through rod is pushed by the gas to move upwards; the upwards-moving through rod exerts a vertically-upward supporting force on the deceleration strip body, and therefore the situation that the deceleration strip body moves downwards excessively, ground depression is generated, when wheels pass through the depression, vertical displacement is generated, vibration is caused, and then a shock absorber of a vehicle is damaged is avoided.
