The invention discloses a construction method for steel frame structure concrete pouring front and rear edge protection. The construction method comprises the following steps that S10, before a steel beam is hoisted, a plurality of mounting bases are welded to the steel beam, each mounting base is detachably connected with a stand column, and a plurality of protection ropes are jointly connected between every two adjacent stand columns; S20, after the steel beam is hoisted, a pouring formwork is laid on the upper surface of the steel beam, and an avoiding space is reserved for the mounting bases through the pouring formwork; S30, before the pouring formwork is poured, all the stand columns which are not adjacent to the edge are disassembled; S40, after concrete is solidified, all the protection ropes adjacent to the edge are replaced with protection nets; and S50, after the outer vertical face of a building is closed, the remaining stand columns are disassembled. Compared with the prior art, before the pouring formwork is poured, the number of the disassembled stand columns can be reduced, and due to the fact that the stand columns are detachably connected to the mounting bases, the stand columns can be recycled.
