Shield end reinforcing method
The invention discloses a shield end reinforcing method, which solves the problem of ground subsidence or ground collapse caused by stratum loss in shield work. Sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement is used for reinforcing the end ground, and the sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement comprises the following steps of (1) leveling the ground which needs to be reinforced, positioning the drilling position by using a positioning instrument, and drilling by using drilling equipment; (2) preparing and replacing a sleeve shell material; (3) inserting a sleeve valve pipe into a drill hole after the sleeve shell material is replaced; and (4) grouting to reinforce the ground after the sleeve shell material is cured. According to the shield end reinforcing method, the sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement method is used for grouting the ground quickly and evenly, and the sleeve valve pipe and the sleeve shell material are matched to prevent cement grout from flowing up and down, so that the cement grout can only flow transversely, the cement grout is evenly squeezed into a bottom layer, and the ground is reinforced.
本发明公开了一种盾构端头加固方法，解决了盾构工作中，存在地层损失致地面沉降或者地面塌陷的问题。利用袖阀管注浆加固对端头地面进行加固，袖阀管注浆加固包括以下步骤：步骤1、平整需要加固的地面，使用定位仪器对钻孔位置进行定位，并使用钻孔设备进行钻孔；步骤2、制备和置换套壳料；步骤3、置换完套壳料后，将袖阀管插入到钻孔中；步骤4、套壳料养护完成之后，开始进行注浆，对地面进行加固。本发明利用袖阀管注浆加固方法，能够快速均匀对地面进行注浆,袖阀管和套壳料进行配合,阻止水泥浆液的上下流动,使得水泥浆液只能横向流动,使得水泥浆液均匀地被挤压到底层中,加固地面。
