The invention relates to a staged and movable subway interval tunnel shield segment reinforcing method. During subway interval tunnel construction, an arc-shaped component is pre-buried between a shield segment and a ballast bed in advance, and the arc-shaped component and the ballast bed are integrally poured; arc-shaped components are also adopted for the shield segment at the part above the ballast bed of a section subjected to external interference, and the arc-shaped components and the pre-buried arc-shaped component are connected and closed to form a whole-ring structure, so that a reinforcing effect is achieved; and after external interference factors are eliminated, the arc-shaped components at the parts above the ballast bed can be detached and moved to a next section to continueto conduct reinforcement. Due to the fact that external interference factors are uncertain, the ballast bed lower-portion pre-buried arc-shaped component and the ballast bed upper-portion detachable arc-shaped components are adopted for reinforcing in a staged manner, and therefore corresponding positions can be selected according to actual external interference to reinforce the segment, the reinforcing construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种分阶段可移动式地铁区间隧道盾构管片加固方法。在地铁区间隧道施工时,预先在盾构管片和道床之间预埋圆弧形构件,与道床整体浇筑;对受外部干扰区段的道床以上部分盾构管片同样采用圆弧形构件,并与所述的预埋圆弧形构件连接封闭形成整环结构起到加固作用;外部干扰因素消除后,可将所述的道床以上部分圆弧形构件拆除,并移动到下一区段继续实施加固。由于外界干扰因素存在不确定性,本发明中采用道床下部预埋圆弧形构件和道床上部可拆卸圆弧形构件分阶段实施加固,因此,可根据实际外界干扰选择相应的位置对管片实施加固,缩短加固施工周期,也大幅减少工程造价。
