Geopolymer concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses geopolymer concrete and a preparation method thereof. The geopolymer concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by mass: 120 to 140 parts of mineral powder, 40 to 50 parts of fly ash, 20 to 30 parts of silica fume, 210 to 230 parts of fine aggregate, 80 to 90 parts of alkali activator and 90 to 170 parts of composite shrinkage reducing agent, wherein the alkali activator contains strong alkali, silicate, carbonate and water. The method for preparing the geopolymer concrete comprises the following steps of: (1) performing mixing I on strong base, silicate, carbonate and water to obtain an alkali activator; (2) performing mixing II on mineral powder, fly ash, silica fume, a composite shrinkage reducing agent and fine aggregate II to obtain a mixture; and (3) performing mixing III ON the alkali activator obtained in the step (1) with the mixture obtained in the step (2) to obtain a mixture III. The geopolymer concrete provided by the invention has excellent mechanical and durability, and is low in production cost and simple in preparation process.
