The invention relates to a sintered brick prepared from garbage fly ash and solid waste harmlessly and a method and application of the sintered brick. The sintered brick comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3-5% of garbage fly ash, 5-10% of fluxing agent, 5-10% of waste glass and the balance of other wastes, wherein the other wastes are one or more of coal gangue, waste soil, tailings and sludge. Heavy metals in the garbage fly ash are solidified in the sintered brick. The sintered brick prepared by fully utilizing the solid waste meets the requirements of GB/T13544-2011 and HJ557-2010. Harmful substances such as dioxin in the fly ash are decomposed into harmless substances.
