The connecting layer is formed by laying a reinforcing mesh on the precast slab layer; the rubble layer is formed by paving rubbles on the top of the prefabricated slab layer, and concrete is poured between the rubble layer and the connecting layer; and the asphalt layer is formed by paving asphalt on the gravel layer. The highway subgrade structure has the effects of effectively monitoring the settlement condition of the ground where the highway subgrade structure is located and improving the safety.
