According to the invention, the stirring barrel can be driven to move through the motor II, and materials in the stirring barrel are driven to turn over, so stirring is convenient; and the stirring apparatus can be changed in form and adjust a stirring angle along with the movement of the stirring barrel, and a shaft rod and a rotating plate participate in stirring, so stirring efficiency is improved and it is guaranteed that the materials are stirred thoroughly.
