Concrete recycled aggregate and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a concrete recycled aggregate and a preparation process thereof. The concrete recycled aggregate comprises, by weight, 40-50% of waste concrete powder, 3-5% of mineral powder, 2-3% of cellulose, 5-10% of a water reducing agent, 1-1.5% of a viscosity modifier, 2-6% of a retarder, 10-15% of cement, 1-2% of talcum powder, 0.5-1.5% of pearl powder, 1.5-3% of bentonite, latex powder and 30-45% of water, and is prepared by mixing and stirring through processing equipment. The processing equipment comprises a mixing box, supporting legs are arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the mixing box, and a feeding port and a controller are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the top of the mixing box correspondingly. The mineral powder, the cellulose, the water reducing agent, the viscosity modifier, the retarder, the cement, the talcum powder, the pearl powder and the bentonite are added into the waste concrete powder, and are mixed and stirred with water, all the raw materials are fully mixed through processing equipment, and the mixture is granulated through granulating equipment to obtain concrete recycled aggregate particles which are high in strength and not prone to generating cracks and gaps can be obtained, so the product quality is greatly improved.
