The recycled aggregate pump concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water; 256 to 260 parts of cement; 28 to 29 parts of fly ash; 1080 to 1090 parts of modified recycled aggregate; 4.5 to 4.7 parts of a water reducing agent; the modified recycled aggregate is prepared by soaking the recycled aggregate in a modification liquid for modification; the modified liquid is formed by compounding yellow phosphorus slag and turpentine. The method has the advantages that the strength loss of the concrete is reduced while a large amount of recycled aggregate is doped.
