The invention discloses a preparation process of recycled concrete aggregate, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, transporting concrete waste blocks into a washing tank, soaking for 6-8 hours, removing powder adhered to the surfaces of the waste blocks, and performing airing until no water stain exists on the surfaces for later use; 2, transporting the waste blocks treated in the step1 into a jaw crusher, crushing the waste blocks, putting the crushed waste blocks into a screening machine, and screening out recycled concrete aggregate particles of 20-40 mm, 5-20 mm and less than5 mm. After the concrete aggregate prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is prepared, the apparent density reaches 2,800kg.m<-3> or above, the stacking density is also greatly improved compared with the concrete aggregate in the prior art and is basically close to that of natural concrete aggregate, and meanwhile, the porosity is low, the water absorption rate is greatly reduced, the crushing index is also reduced, and the performance of the recycled concrete aggregate is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种再生混凝土骨料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一、将混凝土废块运输到洗涤池内,浸泡6‑8h,去除黏着在废块表面的粉料,晾晒至表面无水渍,备用;步骤二、将步骤一中处理后的废块运输至颚式破碎机内,破碎处理后,投入筛选机内,筛分出20‑40mm、5‑20mm和小于5mm的再生混凝土骨料颗粒;采用本发明方法制备而成的混凝土骨料在制备完成后,表观密度均达到2800kg·m‑3以上,堆积密度相对于现有技术中的混凝土骨料也大大提升,基本接近于天然混凝土骨料,同时,孔隙率低、吸水率大大下降,压碎指标也随之降低,大大提高了再生混凝土骨料的性能。
