Building mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides building mortar and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing magnesium silicate active powder, a cementing material and an auxiliary agent according to a mass ratio of (65-90): (10-35): (0-2) to obtain a mixed cementing material; and uniformly mixing the mixed cementing material, magnesite silicate, building sand, reinforced fibers and water according to a mass ratio of (45-60): (15-40): (0-15): (0-1): (15-35) to obtain the building mortar. The building mortar comprises a product prepared according to the method. According to the invention, the use amount of calcareous cementing materials such as cement and lime can be effectively saved, carbon emission is reduced, and environmental pollution is reduced; silicate magnesia is adopted to replace a part or all of the building sand, so natural sand resources are saved, the supply and demand contradiction of natural sand is relieved, and the source of the building sand is expanded; and a serpentine phase in the silicate magnesia is converted into a crystal phase mainly comprising olivine and enstatite through calcination, so phase inversion and detoxification are realized, and adverse effect on the environment is reduced.
本发明提供了一种建筑砂浆及其制备方法。所述制备方法可包括以下步骤:按照质量比65~90:10~35:0~2,将硅酸镁活性粉体、胶凝材料和助剂混合均匀,得到混合胶凝材料;按照质量比45~60:15~40:0~15:0~1:15~35,将混合胶凝材料、硅酸镁砂、建筑用砂、增强纤维与水混合均匀,得到建筑砂浆。所述建筑砂浆包括按照上述方法制备出的产品。本发明可有效节约钙质胶凝材料如水泥和石灰的用量,减少碳排放量,减少环境污染;采用硅酸镁砂代替部分或全部建筑用砂,节约天然砂资源,缓解天然砂的供求矛盾,拓展建筑用砂来源;过煅烧将硅酸镁砂中的蛇纹石相转变为橄榄石和顽火辉石为主的晶相,实现了转相解毒,降低了对环境的不良影响。
