The invention provides a building light wallboard taking chrysotile mine stripped waste rock as aggregate and a preparation method thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: performing attribute crushing, shaping and screening on chrysotile mine stripped waste rock raw materials to obtain coarse machine-made sand aggregate; scrubbing, washing with water to remove dust and filtering water to obtain refined machine-made sand aggregate; preparing the refined machine-made sand aggregate, an auxiliary agent, a lightweight aggregate, reinforced fibers, a cementing material and water according to the weight percentage ratio of (40-60%): (0-2%): (0-15%): (0-5%): (10-35%): (6-25%), and uniformly stirring to obtain the plastic building light wallboard mortar; demolding after compression molding to obtain a green body; and maintaining to obtain the building light wallboard. According to the invention, resource utilization of the temperature-containing asbestos mine stripping waste rock can be realized; and the building light wallboard with the advantages of light weight, fire resistance, heat insulation, flame retardance and the like and a building plastering material with olivine as a main crystal can be prepared.
本发明提供了一种温石棉矿山剥离废石为骨料的建筑轻型墙板及其制备方法,所述方法包括:将温石棉矿山剥离废石原料进行属性破碎、整形和筛分,获得粗制机制砂骨料;擦洗、水洗除尘和滤水,获得精制机制砂骨料;将精制机制砂骨料与助剂、轻质骨料、增强纤维、胶凝材料及水按照重量百分比计40~60%:0~2%:0~15%:0~5%:10~35%:6~25%进行配料并搅拌均匀,获得可塑性的建筑轻型墙板砂浆;模压成型后脱模,获得坯体;养护获得建筑轻型墙板。本发明不仅能够实现含温石棉矿山剥离废石的资源化利用;而且能够制得具有轻质、耐火、隔热、阻燃等优点的建筑轻型墙板和以橄榄石为主结晶的建筑抹灰材料。
