The invention provides a comprehensive utilization method of chrysotile mine stripped waste rocks and a building material of the chrysotile mine stripped waste rocks, wherein the comprehensive utilization method comprises the steps: carrying out attribute crushing, shaping and screening on chrysotile mine stripped waste rock raw materials to obtain coarse machine-made sand aggregate; scrubbing the rough machine-made sand aggregate, washing with water to remove dust and filtering water to obtain refined machine-made sand aggregate; and roasting the screened undersize fine powder serving as a material to be roasted at the temperature of 750-1200 DEG C for 3 minutes to 2.0 hours, carrying out decomposition and phase change serpentine minerals in the material to be roasted, and thus obtaining a product taking olivine as a main crystal phase and used as a building plastering material. The current situation that chrysotile mine stripping waste rocks are mainly stockpiled at present can be changed, and gravel materials and supply sources thereof are expanded; and besides the performance of natural gravel, the refined machine-made gravel aggregate also has the advantages of high strength, good hardness, good fire resistance and the like, and the building plastering material is safe, environment-friendly and good in fire resistance.
本发明提供了一种温石棉矿山剥离废石的综合利用方法及其建筑用料,所述综合利用方法包括:将温石棉矿山剥离废石原料进行属性破碎、整形和筛分,获得粗制机制砂骨料;将所述粗制机制砂骨料进行擦洗、水洗除尘和滤水,获得精制机制砂骨料;将所述筛分得到的筛下细粉作为待焙烧物料,在750~1200℃温度下焙烧3min~2.0h,使待焙烧物料中的蛇纹石矿物产生分解和相变,得到以橄榄石为主结晶相产物,作为建筑抹灰材料。本发明能够改变温石棉矿山剥离废石目前以堆存为主的现状,拓展砂石材料及其供应来源;且精制机制砂石骨料除具有天然砂石的性能外,还具有强度高、硬度好,耐火性能好等优点,建筑抹灰材料安全环保,耐火性能好。
