Steel structure surface modification reinforcing agent
The invention relates to a steel structure surface modification reinforcing agent which is specifically prepared by the steps of putting 300-800 parts by mass of cement, 200-660 parts by mass of sand, 5-13 parts by mass of redispersible latex powder, 0.03-0.35 part by mass of cellulose ether and 0.004-0.03 part by mass of triethanolamine into a stirrer, mixing for 3-5 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain the modification reinforcing agent. According to the technical scheme, due to the factors such as surface characteristics of steel, smoothness and poor permeability, the key point is to enhance the bonding strength with the surface of the steel. The main aspects are as follows: the flowing property is improved; the thixotropy and the sagging resistance are improved; the cohesion is improved; the opening time is prolonged; and the water-retaining property is enhanced, besides traditional cement and sand, redispersible latex powder, cellulose ether and amine additives are added into the selected main materials.
本发明涉及一种钢结构表面改性增强剂,按照质量份数具体如下:300‑800份的水泥、200‑660份的砂、5‑13份的可再分散乳胶粉、0.03‑0.35份的纤维素醚制及0.004‑0.03份三乙醇胺置于搅拌机中混合3~5分钟,混合均匀得到改性增强剂,该技术方案由于钢材表面特性,光滑、渗透性差等因素,重点考虑增强和钢材表面的粘接强度,主要以下几方面;改善流动性能;增加触变与抗垂性;改进内聚力;延长开放时间;增强保水性,选择主要材料除传统水泥、砂以外,加入可再分散乳胶粉和纤维素醚及胺类添加物。
