The black ceramic large plate comprises the following effective components in parts by weight: 41-85 parts of a hard material, 26-60 parts of a soft material, 1-10 parts of polishing waste residues, 1-5 parts of high aluminum powder, 0.3-4 parts of an auxiliary agent and 0-2 parts of a blank black pigment; the polishing waste residues are industrial waste residues generated in the polishing process of ceramic production and mainly comprise silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, potassium oxide and sodium oxide; the steps of ball milling, sieving for iron removal, powder spraying, forming, drying, glazing, ink-jet printing, sintering and polishing are sequentially carried out to obtain the black ceramic large plate, polishing waste residues are added into the black ceramic large plate to serve as one of raw materials, the raw material cost is greatly reduced, and the subsequent machining performance such as cutting and trepanning of a product is improved; meanwhile, the ceramic waste is recycled, so that the formula cost is reduced, environmental protection is facilitated, and sustainable development of the ceramic is facilitated.
