The method for preparing the high-quality building gypsum by utilizing the phosphogypsum comprises the following steps of conveying phosphogypsum slag discharged from a chemical plant to a vibration sorting machine for sorting, then conveying the phosphogypsum slag into a cleaning machine, and carrying out primary flushing by utilizing industrial wastewater to remove mineral impurities, carrying out vacuum filtration in a cleaning machine, spraying and washing for multiple times, adding a modifier to adjust the PH value, and draining, crushing the cleaned ardealite raw material, and feeding the crushed ardealite raw material into a drying machine for drying at the drying temperature of 100-150 DEG C, after drying, carrying out fine grinding, and then conveying to a calcining furnace for calcining at the calcining temperature of 180-240 DEG C, and cooling and conveying the calcined materials through a cooling, discharging and conveying mechanism, conducting powder selection after cooling, and then enabling the materials to enter a homogenizing silo to be homogenized. According to the method, the chemical solid waste phosphogypsum can be effectively treated, the problem of secondary pollution caused by stacking can be avoided, the chemical industry of byproduct gypsum and the building material industry can be organically combined, waste is turned into wealth, and waste residue-free emission of the industries such as phosphate fertilizer and phosphoric acid is realized.
利用磷石膏制备高品质建筑石膏的方法,包括以下步骤:将化工厂排出的磷石膏渣先输送至振动分选机分选,然后送入清洗机中利用工业废水进行初步冲洗,去掉矿物杂质;再在清洗机中通过真空过滤、多次喷淋水洗,加入改性剂调节PH,抽干;将清洗过的磷石膏原料进行破碎,送入干燥机内进行烘干,干燥温度为100~150℃;烘干后再进行细磨,然后输送至煅烧炉进行煅烧,煅烧温度为180~240℃;煅烧后的物料通过冷却出料输送机构进行降温及输送,冷却后进行选粉,然后进入均化库进行均化;本发明可有效处理化工固废磷石膏,不仅能避免因堆放而引起的二次污染问题,还可以把副产石膏的化工工业和建材工业有机结合起来,变废为宝,实现磷肥和磷酸等工业的无废渣排放。
