Method for preparing phosphorus building gypsum by pretreating waste phosphogypsum
The invention provides a method for preparing phosphorus building gypsum by pretreating waste ardealite. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, drying the waste ardealite, crushing, and screening to obtain dried ardealite powder; 2, mixing and stirring the ardealite powder and a pretreatment solution, and reacting to obtain ardealite slurry; 3, standing the ardealite slurry, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain solid slurry; and 4, drying the solid slurry, crushing and screening the dried phosphogypsum, calcining the obtained phosphogypsum, cooling, and aging in a curing chamber for 3-5 days to obtain the phosphorus building gypsum. The prepared phosphorus building gypsum is low in impurity content, good in stability, high in quality, simple in technological process operation, low in cost, good in environmental benefit, high in profit and suitable for enterprise production.
本发明提供一种预处理废弃物磷石膏制备磷建筑石膏的方法，所述方法包括以下步骤：步骤一，将废弃物磷石膏进行烘干后粉碎，筛分后得到干燥的磷石膏粉末；步骤二，将所述磷石膏粉末与预处理溶液混合搅拌，反应后得到磷石膏浆体；步骤三，将所述磷石膏浆体静置后，离心分离，得到固体浆料；步骤四，将所述固体浆料进行干燥处理，干燥后的磷石膏再进行破碎筛分，然后将得到的磷石膏进行煅烧处理，冷却后进入养护室内陈化3‑5天，得到磷建筑石膏。制备的磷建筑石膏杂质含量少，稳定性好，品质高，且工艺流程操作简单、成本低、环境效益好、收益高，适合企业生产。
