本发明涉及一种隔热保温墙板及其制备方法,包括墙板本体,所述的墙板本体的组成及其质量份数如下:石灰或矿粉30‑50、温水20‑40、双氧水1‑5、短纤维10‑15、稳泡剂0.12‑0.2、高强减水剂0.5‑0.8、黑料1‑2、白料1‑2,所述的白料选用组合聚醚,黑料选用异氰酸酯,本发明在搅拌时加入大量的短纤维,可有效的控制混泥土砂浆固塑性收缩、干缩、温度变化等因素引起的微裂缝,防止及抑制裂缝的形成及发展,大大改善混泥土的阻裂抗渗性能,抗冲击及抗震能力。
