The invention provides a calcination-free production process of an ardealite environment-friendly building material. The calcination-free production process comprises the following steps: pretreating industrial ardealite, an auxiliary material and an additive to obtain a first mixture; compounding and activating the first mixture and a first ingredient, and conducting aging to obtain an intermediate mixture; stirring the intermediate mixture and conducting mixing with a second ingredient to prepare balls, so as to obtain a spherical mixture; screening and curing the spherical mixture, and mixing the spherical mixture with a third ingredient to obtain a second mixture; and extruding the second mixture to form the ardealite environment-friendly building material. According to the calcination-free production process of the ardealite environment-friendly building material, the industrial ardealite, the auxiliary material, the additive, the first ingredient, the second ingredient and the third ingredient are mixed and then extruded into the ardealite environment-friendly building material, calcination is not needed in the whole process, only stirring and extruding equipment is needed, and the fuel consumption is small.
