Flue gas desulfurization gypsum and ardealite mixed calcination process
The invention discloses a flue gas desulfurization gypsum and ardealite mixed calcining process. The process specifically comprises the following steps: weighing 1-100 parts by weight of ardealite and 1-100 parts by weight of flue gas desulfurization gypsum for later use; the preparation method comprises the following steps: drying selected ardealite and desulfurized gypsum at 100-110 DEG C for 3-5 hours, cooling, and sieving with a 0.6 mm square hole sieve; grinding residues on the sieve by using a mortar for not less than 1min, and then sieving by using a 0.6 mm square hole sieve; collecting the undersize part, and uniformly mixing; uniformly mixing the sieved flue gas desulfurization gypsum and ardealite, and calcining in a calcining furnace at a constant temperature of 130-170 DEG C for 4-6 hours; after calcining, naturally cooling, and treating in a ball mill for 20-40 minutes; and paving the mixture, and aging the mixture indoors for 20-30 hours. According to the flue gas desulfurization gypsum and ardealite mixed calcining process, flue gas desulfurization gypsum and ardealite are further recycled, and the ardealite and flue gas desulfurization gypsum are mixed and calcined, so that the overall gypsum particle distribution is changed, and the defects of long coagulation time, low strength, poor fluidity and large water demand for standard consistency can be overcome; and the quality performance of processed building material products is improved.
