The invention discloses a method for preparing lightweight ceramsite by utilizing machine-made sand sludge, wherein the method comprises the steps: mixing filter-pressed machine-made sand sludge with a pore-forming agent, a fluxing agent and a binder according to a certain mass percent to react, putting into a kneading machine, uniformly kneading, granulating the kneaded material, preheating, and roasting to obtain the lightweight ceramsite with the apparent density of 300 kg/m<3>-1000 kg/m<3>. The lightweight ceramsite is prepared by using the machine-made sand sludge as the main raw material in a large proportion, and the comprehensive performance of the lightweight ceramsite is equivalent to or even better than that of ceramsite prepared from natural clay and shale. The solid waste garbage is recycled, waste is turned into wealth, the way of sludge treatment of machine-made sand manufacturers is dredged, the problem of raw material sources of the lightweight ceramsite is solved, and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种利用机制砂污泥制备轻质陶粒的方法,将压滤后机制砂污泥与成孔剂、助熔剂、粘结剂按照一定的质量百分比进行混合反应,投入到捏合机中捏合均匀,后将捏合后的物料进行造粒、预热及焙烧后制得表观密度为300kg/m3~1000 kg/m3的轻质陶粒。本发明大比例使用机制砂污泥为主要原料制备轻质陶粒,综合性能与采用天然黏土、页岩制备的陶粒性能相当甚至更佳。实现固废垃圾回收利用,变废为宝,既疏通了机制砂厂家污泥处理的出路,也解决了轻质陶粒的原料来源问题,具有良好的社会经济效益。
