The invention relates to high-strength ceramsite prepared from a machine-made sand sludge filter cake and a method, and the method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring a dried machine-made sand sludge filter cake, an aluminum raw material and a calcium raw material to obtain a raw material; the dry machine-made sand sludge filter cake accounts for more than 50% of the raw material; adding water into the raw material for wetting, and granulating to obtain a ceramsite blank; and drying and calcining the ceramsite blank to obtain the high-strength ceramsite. The machine-made sand sludge filter cake is used as a main raw material, the externally doped aluminum raw material and calcium raw material are combined, the high-strength ceramsite is obtained through burdening, granulation, drying and calcination treatment, the machine-made sand sludge filter cake is high in doping amount and comprehensive utilization rate, and the cylinder compressive strength of the obtained ceramsite can reach 18.9-23.1 MPa.
本发明涉及一种机制砂污泥滤饼制备的高强陶粒及方法,包括如下步骤:将干燥机制砂污泥滤饼、铝质原料与钙质原料混合拌匀,得到生料;生料中干燥机制砂污泥滤饼占比在50%以上;向生料中加水湿润后进行造粒,得到陶粒坯料;陶粒坯料经烘干和煅烧处理,得到高强陶粒。本发明以机制砂污泥滤饼作为主要原料,结合外掺的铝质原料与钙质原料,经配料、造粒、烘干和煅烧处理,得到高强陶粒,其中机制砂污泥滤饼掺量高,综合利用率高,所得陶粒筒压强度可达18.9~23.1MPa。
