The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic material preparation methods, and particularly discloses a ceramic part with a complex silicon carbide structure and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that 1, preparing a reverse mold of the complex-structure silicon carbide ceramic part through a selective laser sintering method; (2) providing/preparing silicon carbide ceramic slurry; (3) injecting the silicon carbide ceramic slurry into the reverse mold, and drying to obtain a first intermediate; (4) removing the reverse mold to obtain a second intermediate; and (5) sintering the second intermediate to obtain a finished product of the ceramic part product with complex silicon carbide structure. By implementing the preparation method, the silicon carbide ceramic piece with a complex structure can be prepared. Meanwhile, the compactness of a finished product is effectively improved.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料制备方法技术领域,具体公开了一种复杂碳化硅结构陶瓷件及其制备方法,其包括:(1)采用选择性激光烧结法制备复杂结构碳化硅陶瓷件的反模;(2)提供/制备碳化硅陶瓷浆料;(3)将所述碳化硅陶瓷浆料注入所述反模,干燥后得到第一中间体;(4)去除所述反模,得到第二中间体;(5)将所述第二中间体烧结,即得到具有复杂结构碳化硅陶瓷件成品。实施本发明,可制备得到复杂结构的碳化硅陶瓷件。同时有效提升成品的致密度。
