The upper pile casing ring body and the lower pile casing ring body are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the pile casing ring respectively, and a pile casing ring counter bore is formed in the upper end of a through hole of the pile casing ring. The inner lining is installed in the pile casing ring counter bore and is flush with the end face of the upper pile casing ring body. The pile casing frame is arranged on one side of the pile casing ring, and the upper frame body cover plate and the lower frame body cover plate of the pile casing frame are welded to the rear frame into a whole. The rear frame is of a box-type structure, and one side of the rear frame is welded to the peripheral face of the pile casing ring. A pressing ring is arranged on an upper pile casing ring cover of the pile casing ring and fastened to the upper pile casing ring cover through a plurality of screws. The multiple pairs of guide plates are arranged in the vertical direction of the pile casing frame at intervals.
